OK I would have gotten them ALL right but Justin was laughing at me when I said the obvious on one of the questions. Oh, well.

Anonymous said...

well the whole test is cheating anyway

Jeshanah said...

LOL!! what a dork! You are so funny!! You've always hated losing!! LOL

Jeshanah said...

Justin, the first time you took the test you got my first job correct, but the second time you missed it!! It was a massive improvement, but since I talked to you in between tests, I don't think that the second one should count in peoples minds... sorry!! =)

Anonymous said...

i clicked the right one and then scrolled down and it rolled down and clicked the next one and i didnt notice it

Hully said...

Ha, I know you better than your own dad!

Jeshanah said...

Either that or you know how to use a computer better!! =P

Jeshanah said...

That is so sad! My own husband doesn't even know me as well as my brother/mom/sister or sister-in-law!!

Anonymous said...

Yikes!!! What a sad score! I'm sorry, Shan...I thought I knew you better than that. =( But if you consider that I've only known you for four years and everyone else on your list has known you most of your life, I guess I did kind of okay...maybe??
That was fun. Jess, you should do one...than again, maybe not. If I didn't do good, I'd really feel like a horrible friend.

-------------

That's a good thing! If he did know you that well, he might not have married you...

Israel said...

Can you belive that Eddie Finklestein (aka little 'ol me) knows you almost as well as your own father and brothers and twice as well as that chick who never heard of Antonin Scalia?

Scary...

Israel said...

Zion's test was stupid and I know for a fact that some of the answers on there are wrong.

Jeshanah said...

Hahaha, Sarah, Who do you think you are, taking this test when you are clearly a stranger!!?? I might have to ban you from my blog!!! Hahaha, J/K, some of those were kinda tricky if you haven't known me very long. (I would be interested in seeing how well Dana would do on this quiz... Zion and I spent alot of time with him before you guys moved to OH, and your score makes me wonder how he would do...)

As for you, Israel, which questions are you claiming are incorrect?

Jeshanah said...

I agree, Jess should do one!! (JUstin, too!!!)

Israel said...

Well for one, Zion claims he got spanked every day for losing his shoes (probably) but I was there and I know for a fact that he got spanked for losing his books all the time too. (Yet that answer is listed as wrong.)

He is such a 'tard that after all those spankings (and I mean every single morning) he still doesn't know why he was getting hit for.

What a maroon...

Plus what do "I find more aggravating" and other hypothetical questions are just plain stupid no matter how you slice it.

Worst quiz ever!!

Jeshanah said...

I agree with you about the "what is the most annoying thing to me" question, because there are 3 things on there that Zion claims on a regular basis..."That is the most annoying thing in the world to me!!"~~ Bottom line though, these quizzes are meant to be fun! (And they are meant to show a person who their true friends are... mwhahaha)

Jariah---
All I have to say is why have you always drank all my Dr. Pepper for all these years...without any ice...if it's not even your favorite beverage! You owe me a lot of pop!

Anonymous said...

You were right, Shan, Dana does know you better than I do. =/ Oh well, at least I know more about you now than I did!!

Thought Janessa might want to know that the Dana S score in her test is actually Abbie and Luke. They wanted to take hers, and since we were logged in under Dana's name, it came up as him.

Hully said...

"That chick" is a fellow Arizonian (Arizonite? Arizonander?) who, like you, was smart enough to get out of Dodge. So be nice to her. Plus you're cutting in on my gig!

Jeshanah said...

I missed that one on Jariah's, too. We've had an AWEFUL lot of Dr. Pepper in this house if it's not his favorite!! I've lived with him for 10+ months (not counting the 15 years growing up...)and he drinks Dr. Pepper more than any other beverage. I don't get it. Also, he has always told people that he is 6 ft, but that is the wrong answer.... my theory... he's a cheater

Hully said...

Looks like Sarah was a half-second faster on the draw there.

Hully said...

Yeah, Jariah is NOT 6-foot. (Unless he was measuring his height while wearing his can-can girl outfit, complete with heals.)

BeccaHolsapple said...

Yeah, I have to say Jariah must change his mind overnight...He has said ever since we got married that he wants 4 kids, I have recently been pointing out to him the convenience of only having 3: you don't need a van etc...And he never told me he changed his mind!!!

He also has always said he was 6ft tall, even if yes, he is only 5 ft 11 and 3/4...basically 6 ft, but he wanted to trick everybody!!

Jeshanah said...

Anyone else wanna make a quiz for me to put on here??

Jeshanah said...

I believe that Dad actually scored 130 on Zion's quiz, but 2 of the bubbles were left blank. (My mom and dad are not real big computer people, so I'm guessing he checked his answer, then scrolled down and it was lost without him realizing it...)They were two questions that I bet he knows the answer to. =)

yea jariah totally cheated one his favorite drink height i went by what he had always said he was and not what he actually is b/c i thought that is what he would say and then since when does jariah have a favorite car? or when does he not want to be a profesional gamer

I didn't cheat on my fav drink! I put the height you always argued that I am... and the car became my fav when I saw it a the Detroit car show. and the pro gamer isn't my dream job since I found out that it only pays 6.00 an hour

Sharla said...

LOL Jariah!

Anonymous said...

Thank you, John!!!! (how very chivalrous of you!) =)

Anonymous said...

well jariah that is 6 dollars an hour in lima but i hear in tucson they are hiring 4 year olds right out of school at 53 dollars an hour for the same job haha

Sharla said...

LOL Justin! That sounds a little bit familiar...where did we hear that about a year ago???

After all the insulting comments about my wife not knowing who Antonin Scalia is; I think the bigger MAROON is the moron who can't spell MORON write!!!! hehe ;)

Hully said...

... or the guy who can't spell "right" right. hehe ;)

Hully said...

Link clicky thingy

Anonymous said...

Hey John great picture!!!!! I'm glad my spelling sarcasm was appreciated.

Jeshanah said...

HAHA! You guys are all too funny... anyway, to be perfectly honest, I had never heard of Antonin Scalia before either. (I have however heard of spellcheck...) =)

Israel said...

I meant to call him a "Maroon," not a "Moron."

As in: "Of Course the Fat Cat Wants Pizza, You Maroon!!"

But of course you guys from Ohio have never heard of "Maroon."

Sigh! 'Tis my uneviable lot in life to educate the rest of the world...

Jeshanah also never heard of Scalia? Oh Man!! Two words "Home Skooled."

Hully said...

Dana is from Idaho via Arizona. Ohioans know the word maroon, as in "Don't be a maroon!"

Hmm, I see a trend developing here. The people who A) have not heard of Scalia and/or B) aren't familiar with the interchangeable use of the word "maroon" with "moron" have all spent significant time in Arizona.

Israel said...

From the Daily Garfield Digest:

"Of Course the Fat Cat Wants Pizza, You Maroon

Jon is seen holding the phone and then asking who wants pizza. Sign of stupidity number one—hello, Jon! Why don’t you ask if they want the pizza first and then pick up the phone. Why waste your time waiting for their answers and letting the dial tone go dead? Think! No wonder your cat walks all over you. Sign of stupidity number two—Jon is asking for his pet’s opinion. Next he’s going to ask them whether or not he should buy a merkin for his mum for Christmas. I wish this guy would make a decision for himself for once. Just once. Seriously, what type of a man actually considers input from his pets before making a decision? This comic is so unrealistic.

Here’s the real thing that gets me though. I’ll play along and assume Garfield knows what Jon is saying and responds to the pizza question in the appropriate manner. In this case, the portly feline does a celebratory dance. A dance I have to trust occurs because I can’t see it. Now I’m supposed to just accept that it’s a funny dance? Talk about taking the easy way out. Why not just write, “Trust me, it was funny!” in the final panel and be done with it. I’m through with having my intelligence insulted by this comic strip."

Jeshanah said...

I love Garfield!! That is one funny cat!!!

BeccaHolsapple said...

Ok, I don't know who Scalia is either, but I have a good excuse, I lived in Canada most of my life. And I wasn't even "home skooled".

As for maroon, I knew that one, even if I have spent a considerable amount of time in Arizona.:o)So I don't know if that theory is accurate, because I know for a fact that Jariah, Shan and Zion do to. So maybe it's Idaho!

Israel said...

Garfield hasn't been funny in ages.

And Ziggy is too preachy.

Canadians get a pass on knowing anything about the US Supreme Court.

They should however, go back to Canada to make room for more Mexicans.

BeccaHolsapple said...

I knew I didn't like you :op

Anonymous said...

Okay, so we didn't know a maroon from a moron....our apologies, Israel. (last we knew, maroon was a color?)....but, anyway. We'll try to keep up on these finer points of conversation so that we don't make the mistake of correcting someone who obviously didn't need it! =)

Jeshanah said...

I personally think we are all a bunch of maroons!!

(Not really, this is just me lightening the mood... it's what I do... it's why I'm so beloved!...)

Israel said...

OK, Becca I will sing you the Canadian nation anthem so you will like me better.

Here Goes:

Oh Canada!!

MMmmmmmm MMMmmm Hummmmmm MMMMM Hummm,

La La La Da! Bacon? Da da da da da da

Hmmmm Hmmmm...

Oh Canada!!

We share our God to thee!!! (or something, something)

(Applause!)

Did it work?

Israel said...

Eh?

Ayyy?

Sharla said...

That was a lovely rendition of Oh Canada! You seem to remember more of the words than I can, so that was helpful to see it all written out like that!

Maroon is a color, but to be brutally honest, not a great one.

Sharla said...

Shan,
Think back, I am sure we spent at least a week on Scalia that semester we worked so hard on the supreme court. You remember, we found it so interesting we studied right on through the summer and then ended up with the field trip to DC? Somehow the name has just escaped you mind.

C'mon Shan, you're making me look bad here.

Jeshanah said...

Oh THAT Scalia!!! You meant Antonin Gregory Scalia, born March 11, 1936 in Trenton, New Jersey, and the second most senior Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States!

He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in 1960, becoming a Sheldon Fellow of Harvard University the following year.
On September 10, 1960, Scalia married Maureen McCarthy, an English major at Radcliffe College. Together they have nine children – Ann Forrest (born September 2, 1961)[1][2], Eugene (labor attorney, former Solicitor of the Department of Labor), John Francis, Catherine Elisabeth, Mary Clare, Paul David (now a priest in the Catholic Diocese of Arlington at St. Rita's Catholic Church), Matthew (a West Point graduate and U.S. Army Major currently serving as an ROTC instructor at the University of Delaware), Christopher James (currently at the University of Wisconsin), and Margaret Jane (studying at the University of Virginia).

Scalia is sometimes referred to by the nickname "Nino", and his colleagues refer to the frequent short case-related memos he sends as Ninograms.

You are right, his name had completely slipped my mind...

BeccaHolsapple said...

Wow, Isreal, I'm impressed at how well you know the Canadian anthem! I don't remember the bacon part...maybe it's because I only know it in french...hehe

Israel said...

Canadian Bacon, Yummy!

I'm pretty sure is also has a few stanzas about hockey and maple syrup in there...

I am trying to write a Mexican Illegal Alien Anthem, but so far I only have a few stanzas.

It goes:

--------

Jose can you see,

the big hole in the fence?

Run through and get a job

you don't need no stinking papers

-----

And the Migra's mad glare

The slurs piercing the air

gave proof to the night

that the hole was still there!

----

That's all I got right now, but it's gonna be beautiful ...

Sharla said...

It brings tears to my eyes

Shan...We could use a new post...thanks.

I am sorry, Shan, that was me (Jess) with two "e"s
