OK, I wasn't really dragged, it was my idea, lemme explain.... Sometime in March, my brother Jariah called and said we should all move to Columbus(2 hours away) so the guys could get better jobs. I said that's a great idea, but lets go to Tucson(36 hours away) instead!! (Zion's been wanting to for years.) Everything worked out really fast, so two months later, we were on our way!

So, Jariah and Becca's baby.... what are we thinking??
Well, we won't have to be guessing for a very long time...I decided I am WAY too curious to wait until the baby is born. So around 20 weeks or so we'll find out. Let's just hope my doctor will be better than my sisters...hehe
Yeah! Becca can have triplets, but that would decrease my odds (which are already around 8,000 to 1) and I have been wanting triplets for about 4 years now.
I personally think it's a girl... and a boy. But, we'll find out soon enough. =)
It was well over a hundred years ago, so don't get freaked out or anything, but my grandpa was Frankie and his twin was Freddie. Freddie was only 3 I think and he was playing near a campfire and fell in and died because of it. I was warned constantly about fires throughout my childhood because of it. It is sad. :(
My grandfather's name was Benjamin Franklin Kaufman and I think his brother was possibly Frederick Douglass Kaufman. It was something like that. I can't think of any other historical figures named Frederick that they might have wanted to honor. I thought it was kinda cool.
I think Brandon needs a brother. Sisters are just, well, sisters. They're not much good until you're old enough that you don't feel the need to play with trucks in the dirt. It's then that you start to realize that a sister can be the best friend you ever had. So maybe he needs a sister...
(Since I know that no one in my family reads this blog, and I know I can trust the people that do read this to not repeat it -- hint-hint -- I can honestly say that I am waaay closer to all three of my sisters than I am to either of my brothers. I still love them to death. But I feel I can just be myself around my sisters. Not so much with my brothers.)
Jess was the best playing in the dirt buddy a guy could have, ask Justin. They were both outside morning to night. I had to beg her to come in and play with Barbie dolls with me! Shan was the opposite. Dolls were a big part of her childhood.
John, of course you're comfortable with your sisters, they all adore you!
Well, whatever it is I'm sure we will be thrilled! A girl or a boy would be great. I do hope to have a little girl at some point but if it's not this time, I'll be just as happy. I know it's what everybody says, but a healthy baby is all we really want. :o)
And for all you wondering if there's 2, 3 or 4 in there, we'll find out on the 30th. lol
I didn't play with my sisters. Quite the contrary. They used to have to beg my mom to force my brother and me to play with them. I played all the usual guy stuff: cops and robbers, G.I. Joes, Hot Wheels, cowboys and injuns, and whatnot.
As I said earlier, I didn't start to even recognize my sisters as human beings until late in my teen years when I started to figure out that they were a great source of insight into what makes the fairer gender operate.

It's a GIRL!!!
Not that I care, either one is equally wonderful. But since she has been feeling sick with this one, I'm betting it's a girl.
Girls are just more trouble all the way around, but they're worth it! :)

hmmm.. why not triplets? a boy and 2 girls..
then you'd have 2 of each :P
Ummm... I don't think so...Plus, that would be stealing Shan's thunder! lol

Are there twins on either Becca's side or Jariah's?
I'm not saying it's twins or anything, but yeah, we have lot's of twins on my side. The only ones I know of on Jariah's side are Gary's cousins.
Actually my maternal grandfather was a twin!

That is cool. I like Benjamin Franklin.:o) Is that why Tamah named her last one Franklin?
Awfully sad about the fire accident though...
I have no idea why Tamah named him Franklin, although that might be the reason.
Maybe she likes turtles...

Makes sense, Jess was outside playing in the mud with her brother's trucks.
John was in the house playing with his sisters and their Barbies.
The perfect match!
Well, something like that. :) I am not sure about the dolls, though.
