OK, I wasn't really dragged, it was my idea, lemme explain.... Sometime in March, my brother Jariah called and said we should all move to Columbus(2 hours away) so the guys could get better jobs. I said that's a great idea, but lets go to Tucson(36 hours away) instead!! (Zion's been wanting to for years.) Everything worked out really fast, so two months later, we were on our way!

It's official!!! Today, Becca is craving mashed potatoes and crab ragoons. (ragoons or rangoons??) What a strange combo!!! And, unfortunately for her, the crab ragoons that she wants are from Hunan Garden in Lima!!!!
UUGGHHH! I know! It's awful. Their food tastes great, but we hear such awful things about their kitchen! YUCK! Jeshanah, you guys probably haven't heard, but Asa did some work for them and he said he won't eat there again! John said a long time ago he was delivering stuff there in the summer and they had chicken setting out on the porch in the heat. I tried to convince myself it had just been for a few minutes right when John was there, but now with Asa's report, we've all pretty much abandoned them. :(
Thes rest of the stuff is fine but their crab ragoons are the best! I haven't found anything that beats them yet.
I probably don't want to know what Asa had to say about the restaurant though. I'll just take your word for it. That's just too bad! I was looking forward to eating there in August!
Not that it sounds like you all need any more convincing about HG, but Dana did work for them, too, a couple of times, and he said the same thing, their kitchen was disgusting!!! What I can't figure out is how they can turn out such good food with such a nasty kitchen? Most likely, if we saw most of the kitchens of the restaurants that we go to , we probably wouldn't eat there, either. I say, if you love the food, say a reaaaallly lenghthy and sincere prayer and go for it!!! Especially if you're craving something! =)
P.S. The link above is what turned up with a quick google search. It's safe, but the rest of the site may or may not be MF (message friendly), so surf at your own risk.

(I love their fried rice!)
I used to work in a restaurant, and I gotta tell you, alot of it depends on who is working in there at the time.
Must be all those 'special' ingredients...
