The Dilemma:

Becca and I both went to the same zoo on the same day and had access to the same pictures to put on the same Internet to show to (most of) the same people and we both wanted to do a slide show to broadcast it.

The Solution:

Turn it into a friendly, little competition by each picking our favorite zoo themed song, using the pictures and about 4 hours to complete the videos and letting you, (the wonderful, beautiful/handsome, intelligent) viewers vote for your favorite!! Check Becca's video out on her blog, link ---->

"Don't wake the Lion"
*cuts to picture of Giraffe*

Uh, Jeshanah?

Herbivore. Carnivore. Not the same thing.

you don't get it paul michael. the giraffe is the one telling you not to wake up the lion. He also sings all the hi notes. you see him singing on the video and at the beginning.

Amateurs i tell you.

What is more weird, confusing giraffes with lions or telling me giraffes are now vying for parts on Broadway?

;-)

No offence to our darling Becca of course, but you win HANDS DOWN!
"This song has a great beat, I can dance to it" as they used to say when they rated songs on American Bandstand. There is probably no one out there reading this blog who even knows what American Bandstand was, but anyway, your video was excellent! :)

I am not offended in the least since Shan nor I made the videos. I vote for this one too, lol. Zion is the old pro and it was Jariah's first time...not quite a fair contest but fun nonetheless.

Jeshanah wasn't doing the cutting, but most of how the scenes would lay out were her idea. She's the one that came up with the ending.

I have to say the ending is a great idea. Cracks me up!

Somebody needs to put up that video of the Gaxiola and Ramirez clan riding the Rhino at that very zoo.

I think that would be a hit on you tube...

Didn't I give you guys a copy of that you can transfer from videotape?

strange i dont see where israel is bashing the democrats for the democratic governer that ran on morals got busted in the prostitution ring really it is a shame and i am sure he can be forgiven but Israel wouldnt have any mercy if he was a republican i am sure how ironic that it all has to what the letter after his name is

Justin Justin Justin. The Spitzer case is an isolated incident. Besides, this is just a minor moral failing. It's not like he ever abused his position to harass political opponents

.....oh wait.

About the New York Governor. His behavior is despicable.

But note that in this case it was a female prostitute not a little boy, or a congressional page or a gay man in a bathroom.

So You guys get one point, but the anti-gay, child protecting, Republicans are still way ahead when it comes to the hypocrisy / perversity meter.
I feel sorry for his wife and daughters. She should divorce the scumbag and take half his money and he should have to pick up trash on the side of the road or do whatever slap-on-the-wrist penalty Johns like him usually get. Plus he admitted guilt and lost his job, unlike the Republicans like Larry "I'm not Gay, I just like touching other guys feet in the toilet" Craig.

Plus the guy was a prosecutor and about 90 percent of all prosecutors are holier-than-thou Republicans. My guess is he probably caught some Republican disease from rubbing shoulders with all those Republican prosecutors. Either that or he is a Democrat in name only. So it's a occupational hazard. Maybe Spitzer should be given a medal for his ability to resist boys and men and channel his urges gender-appropriately.

Finally, the prostitutes were charging guys like the governor $5,500 an hour, so I don't really see the prostitutes as victims here. The only victim was the governor's pocketbook.

I don't really think prostitution should be illegal anyway as long as it is between two consenting adults, the Libertarian in me says the government should mind it's own business.

License all the prostitutes, regulate them, test them for diseases, zone them and tax them, but otherwise let them be , because the world's oldest profession isn't going anywhere.

That would cut down considerably on disease, crime, pimping, pandering and soliciting as well as abuse and crimes against the prostitutes.

But it would also cost some prosecutors their jobs, so I guess we shouldn't do it...

Plus I think the Republican-controlled media is unfairly targeting Spitzer.

If he were Republican we'd be applauding him for stimulating the economy and supporting small business...

;)

every post.... every little post gets polluted with political poison. Even one as charming as giraffes singing, monkeys swinging and a R.O.U.S. It's amazing really.
