Okay, so here's some news! My Dad and Justin get to come to AZ in April for a few days! The best part is that it's only gonna cost them the price of 1 one way ticket! How awesome is that?!! (Pretty awesome, IMO!!) It's great because when Dad was here with Mom in January, he only got to stay a few days, and Justin hasn't been here since he helped us move out almost 2 years ago! (Can you believe it?! That's practically forever!! And for those who are wondering, yes, it still feels like it!!) I've lived 4 places since then! LoL (We hadn't technically lived in the hovel yet, and I had 2 "homes" that no one in my family ever even saw! CrAzY!!!!) Everyone saw 'the hovel', and everyone will probably see 'the homestead', but we all lived in 'the haven' in between visits, and the condo, well, we weren't even there long enough to dub it!!

Anyway, I'm excited! They will be here on April 4th for a long weekend, and I can't wait!!

I am very happy for your dad and Justin but I must admit I am not looking forward to them leaving me to fend for myself for that long. All winter justin has been giving me a ride up the rutted frozen lane to get to my car. Now that it's mud about two feet deep, either he or dad have been walking me up in the mornings and walking up to escort me back at night. I get home way after dark each night and the lane, or actually lack of one, is a quarter of a mile long! I've fallen in the mud several times already but it's at least been in the daylight. I hope John is up for it or I guess I'll be sleeping in the car!

Oh well, I guess I'll survive and I know dad and Justin are anxious to see all of you and especially the little boys.

Hope you all have a delightful time as I did when I was there. :)

It is fun! I got to experience some of the thrill when I was there in December. My entire foot was stuck in the mud after I (unknowingly) stepped into a puddle. LOL

The puddle was frozen over with a very thin layer of ice and that was covered with a couple inches of freshly fallen snow! I was walking along, minding my own business, on the way back into the house, when SpLASh!! Brrr!!! haha It was hilarious!!

(Almost as funny as the time I fell into our swimming pool in Spencerville in the middle of winter! Now THAT was cold!!! ROFL... Mike and B.J. dared me to walk around the edge(an icy 2x6 board), and I just couldn't say no to a dare. I was on the homestretch when disaster struck and I was completely soaked!!)

Okay, enough with my misfortunes, funny as they are. =)

I will be in Arizona from March 31st to April 4th.

Hopefully I will get to see the traveling Holsapples.

I figure that folks will be going back to work after next weekend and I can hang out with Mom and Andy for a while in case they need anything.

Sounds good. They won't be here till late on the 4th (or early on the 5th) though. You'll probably already be gone.
